FAQ

  • We are located underneath OFF-cut barbers on Church Road. Walk through the barber shop, on the left at the back there is a staircase down to us!

  • We recommend booking in advance, walk-ins are not always possible due to availability or with more complicated designs as we would have to draw in advance.

  • We would recommend having a consultation before your appointment so we can discuss the design, size and placement of your tattoo, but you can also send this information to us via DM on Instagram or via our Contact page.

  • Our opening hours are Tuesday - Saturday 11-6pm

  • You must be 18 or over to have a tattoo and ID will be required on the day of your tattoo (so please bring your passport or driving licence with you). We cannot accept parental consent for those under 18.

We unfortunately cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have consumed alcohol that day.

We do not recommend drinking alcohol the day before a tattoo.

If you have any medical conditions such as a blood borne virus etc, please make your artist aware at the time of booking or during your consultation.

We recommend no sunbathing or swimming in the first few weeks after your tattoo while it is healing.

  • We request a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the tattoo.

Deposits can be paid in cash or card to the studio.

We require at least 48 hours notice to change an appointment date/time. If you don't show up to your appointment or cancellations within 48 hours before the appointment will result in a lost deposit and a new one would be required to re-book.

  • We recommend that you leave the tattoo covered for 2-6 hours before carefully removing the cover with clean hands.

Wash the tattoo thoroughly (do not scrub) using a fragrance free soap, your fingers and clean warm water only.

Rinse with cold water and gently pat dry with a clean towel. Do not wipe or rub.

After 24 hours you can begin to apply lotion. We suggest a mild, fragrance free lotion. If you would like to use something different or are unsure please consult your artist.

Clean your tattoo daily for the first 2 weeks unless specified otherwise by your artist.

It is advisable to wear older, loose fitting clothing over the tattooed area for the first night as your new tattoo may secrete excess pigment or blood. Tattoos can stain sheets or clothes the first night.

During the healing process it is normal for your tattoo to feel itchy. NEVER PICK OR SCRATCH.
